Description: Das für die Anlage gewählte Bunkervolumen und die Projektzielsetzung, in den Sommermonaten den Wärmebedarf ausschließlich durch eine Solarthermische Großanlage zu decken, bedarf auch Flexibilitäten bei der Brennstoffanlieferung. Das zeigen die bisherigen Betriebserfahrungen. Daher wird als Kriterium zur Angebotsbewertung herangezogen, innerhalb von wie vielen Werktagen die Lieferung nach Bedarfsanmeldung durch den Anlagenbetreiber (Auftraggeber) erfolgt. Pro Werktag Lieferzeit werden 2 Bewertungspunkte vergeben. Ein angegebener Lieferzeitraum von 3 Werktagen ergeben also 6 Bewertungspunkte. Des Weiteren können auch Lieferungen von Mengen von max. 40 srm (ein Container) benötigt werden, schätzungsweise 10 % der Liefermenge. Für den Lieferanten bedeutet das in der Regel einen Mehraufwand, der hier bepreist werden kann und in die Bewertung eingeht. Er wird als Mehrpreis in €/srm pro gelieferte Kleinmenge bis 40 srm angegeben. Der angegebene Mehrpreis wird 1:1 als Bewertungspunkt angerechnet
