Description

Cleaning of public spaces and maintenance of green spaces as part of integration missions in Aix-Les-Bains. Single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders. Lot 1: Maintenance of public spaces (urban cleanliness) - maximum annual amount excluding tax: EUR 120 000 – Lot 2: Maintenance of green areas - maximum annual amount excluding tax: EUR 90 000. This is a contract reserved for integration structures through economic activity, referred to in Article L.5132-4 of the Labour Code and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation at 50%, of disadvantaged workers, provided for in Articles L2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the CCP. Duration: 1 year from 1 January 2026 or its date of notification, if later than 01/01/2026. Reconductible 3 times.
