Description

The Council has a requirement to provide an Early Learning and Childcare service in nurseries that is in line with the Scottish Government and the Council's guidelines and policies in force at this time. The purpose of this Tender is to ensure the Council procures Early Learning and Childcare places in nurseries from providers in the voluntary and private sectors.
