The Finnish Environment Institute provides a range of water-related online services to citizens, expert stakeholders and businesses. The services make it possible to present expert knowledge produced by the Agency and to enable it to be used for different purposes. Water.fi, hosted by the Finnish Environment Institute, provides accurate and up-to-date information on water and related phenomena, news and operators. The Water.fi service is a service providing researched water information to citizens and water specialists: https://www.vesi.fi/ The information content is produced by the Finnish Environment Institute together with its stakeholder network. This invitation to tender concerns the design and implementation of the water-related online tools produced by the Finnish Environment Institute, the support for the maintenance of the water.fi service, the implementation of new content and tools for the service, and the possible further development of the expert desk and other functionalities.
