The subject matter of the contract is: ‘Establishment of a system for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered by the Employment Agency, based on data from related administrative registers’ under Action 3 of Investment C11.I5-H8 ‘Modernisation of the Employment Agency’, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility and implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan; The execution of the contract includes the execution of the following main activities, which form its scope: • Activity 1 Analysis of data and requirements; • Activity 2 Preparation of a system project; • Activity 3 Development of a pilot environment for a central data repository; • Activity 4 Analysis of a pilot central repository and suggestions for improvements in external repository information collection processes; • Activity 5 Development of a full-function central repository for all types of raw data (Data lake house) from various sources to be used in assessing existing and developing future employment policy instruments; • Activity 6 Testing; • Activity 7 Deployment; • Activity 8 Training; • Activity 9 Warranty maintenance. A full description of the subject and the deadline for performance of the public procurement contract is provided in the Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority, which is Annex No 1 to the Public Procurement Documentation. The place of performance of the public contract is the Central Administration of the Employment Agency, at: Sofia, PK 1000, 3 Knyaz Aleksandar Dondukov Blvd. The procurement is financed under Investment C11.I5-H8 Modernisation of the Employment Agency, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility and implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
