Description

Objektplanung Gebäude, ggf. Teilleistungen aus den Leistungsphasen 4 -5 sowie die Leistungsphasen 6-9 gemäß §§ 34 ff. HOAI Das Projekt umfasst die energetische Sanierung und Instandhaltung von 3 Wohngebäudezeilen mit insgesamt 18 Hauseingängen und jeweils EG + 3 Stockwerken aus dem Baujahr 1930. Die Objekte liegen in Berg am Laim an der - Aschheimer Str. 1-13 - Grafinger Str. 44-50 - Aßlinger Str. 2-10 und - Piusplatz 2+3. Diese Gebäude umfassen insgesamt 144 Wohneinheiten mit einer Wohnfläche von 11.117 m² und einer Ge-werbefläche von 32 m². Ziel ist die Erreichung eines Effizienzhausstandards (EH 55 oder EH 70), um die Ener-gieeffizienz der Gebäude zu steigern, den CO2-Ausstoß zu minimieren und eine langfristige Kosteneinsparun-gen für die Bewohner*innen zu erreichen. Die Modernisierungsmaßnahmen erfolgen im bewohnten Zustand.
