Description

Für die weitere Aufbauphase der Autobahn GmbH wird unverzüglich für den Zeitraum eines Jahres die externe Unterstützung in der Personalgewinnung erforderlich. Hierzu gehört im Wesentlichen der gesamte Rekrutierungsprozess; angefangen vom Abklären der Stellenanforderungen mit den Bereichen der regionalen Niederlassung, über das Erstellen und Ausschreiben der Stellenanzeigen bis hin zum Begleiten und controllen des Auswahlverfahrens.
Daher ist beabsichtigt 11 Teillose zu vergeben: Je 1 Los für die regionalen Niederlassungen sowie für die Zentrale der Autobahn GmbH.
