Description

Er was behoefte aan Highspeed camera's vanuit het MIVD en de bestuursstaf. De Highspeed camera's worden gebruikt voor onderzoek naar klein kaliber. De benodigde Highspeed camera's moeten aansluiten en compatible zijn met de huidige aanwezige kennis, software en apparatuur. Daarnaast moeten de highspeed camera's een hoge meetsnelheid hebben, met hoge framerate, die voldoen aan de benodigde parameters. Op dit moment is er op de markt geen alternatief wat aansluit op de aanwezige kennis, software, apparatuur en benodigde prestatie. Als gevolg is gekozen voor art. 2.32 lid 1b tehnische/artisitke redenen of bescherming van uitsluitende rechten om rechtstreeks bij de enige Nederlande importeur de Highspeed camera's aan te schaffen.
