Description

Performance of this contract concerns the continuous supply to the contracting authority of the osteo-synthetic materials listed in the annex to the tender specifications: Vanchurova 1548, Kladno 272 59, operating theatre of Ortopedia. Detailed specifications of the subject of the contract, including the estimated scope of performance for the duration of the contract, will be set out in the annex to the tender specifications. For all items, the tenderer will be able to offer other goods of the same quality as those required for the same or a very similar purpose. The range of deliveries indicated is indicative, the exact scope will be specified by sub-order forms under the purchase contract. The tender price will be drawn up in accordance with the tender specifications. The contract will be performed for a fixed period, i.e. 24 consecutive months. All material prices offered must be indicated, including logistical costs.
