Description

The instrument shall be used for customers who are suspected to be at risk of falling into social isolation or alienation of society, or may pose a risk to themselves or their surroundings. In any event, a (large) part of the customers belonging to the RVE Special Objective Groups belong to this target or risk group. Addiction phenomena and psychiatric disorders are important indications of (potential) risks, which, of course, are not confined to customers of the RVE Special Objective Groups. Customers of DWI’s ‘ordinary’ customer teams may also have to deal with this issue and benefit from these forms of daily spending. These customers are therefore considered to be either a target group or a risk group. This invitation to tender is intended primarily for the RVE Special Objective Groups of DWI.
