The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from properties residing in the municipality of Stupsk and the collection from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in the municipality of Stupsk together with the transport and management of collected waste in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Act, the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the provisions of local law.
