Description

The contract is implemented as part of the project ‘Comprehensive project on adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and combating water erosion in lowland areas – continuation’ (MRN3), co-financed by the European Funds under the European Funds for Climate and Environment Infrastructure Programme 2021-2027. 3.2. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare design and cost documentation and to perform author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the documentation in question. The accepted description of the subject-matter of the contract is a preliminary assumption, which may be modified excluding location The subject-matter of the contract has been divided into three parts: Part I – ‘Development of project documentation for the task: ‘Construction of a stacking beard in Walmy forestry’ The construction of a stacking beard is planned along the route of a road intersecting a liquid draining water from a wetland area. Reconstruction will allow to increase the retention capacity in the field lowering - wetlands with an area of approx. 0.3 ha. Above the wetland, a reconstruction of the existing decapitalized valve is envisaged. The valve stabilizes the water level in the next higher wetland area with an area of approx. 1.8 ha. Valve height approx. 0.5 m. Part II – ‘Development of project documentation for the task: ‘Stabilisation of the water mirror in the Marianowski marsh’ Reconstruction of the existing valve on the Czarna river is planned, consisting in the construction of a new stacking device with an increased ordinal impoundment along with a causeway and an emergency vent (against the beaver). A valve based on a sealed wall with a stone overflow with a flooring height of up to 1 m will be made above the inlet to the culvert existing under a high road embankment. The pass is an object existing in a brick construction with an arched vault in a large part decapitalized. The valve stabilizes the water level in the watershed above about approx. 5 ha. The reconstruction of the culvert will involve the introduction of a new conductor and its housing into the existing light. The bridgeheads of the inlet and outlet will be reconstructed as brick to restore the former appearance of the building. The slopes of the embankment were to be fortified with cobblestones and their assortment. Below the culvert in the riverbed, a stabilizing threshold is provided to increase the water level in the wetland above the wetland surface of approx. 0,5ha, Part III – ‘Development of project documentation for the task: ‘Reconstruction of a water reservoir in forestry Lędyczek’ Reconstruction is planned with the extension of an existing water reservoir at the mouth of a valley draining water from drained agricultural land. Area approx. 1500m2 depth - 2.0m. assumed depth of water mirror approx. 1,0m . Groundwater and rainwater supply, in the case of deep groundwater level supply only with rainwater, and the tank canopy will need to be sealed. Total capacity approx. 3000m3, water capacity 1200m3. The reservoir will mainly serve to retain water flowing from the fields. Below the reservoir, reconstruction of a section of a ditch with a threshold body for a length of about 200m. The creation of thresholds in the existing tree stand, without its removal, will result in the formation of a series of bottlings, and ultimately the formation of moral habitats. Each part is divided into 2 tasks: a) Task I, including the preparation of design and cost documentation together with obtaining a building permit, in accordance with the requirements of the FTZ, the terms of the contract and other procurement documents; b) Task II includes performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works, based on the design documentation.
