Description

The aim is the development area Bahnhofplatz 2, 79618 Rheinfelden (Baden), Flrst. 2631 and Flrst. To sell 2632/5 to an investor and architect for development and to upgrade it by building with the location of appropriate use and to use the topographical development situation, in particular also to increase the visibility and quality of stay or arrival quality of the station. The specified traffic uses are to be used, i.e. a mobility hub is to be designed, which organizes the transfer between train, bus, car, bicycle and so on, while the mix of uses for the structural part may be designed as a concept with freely selectable density. The concept should convince both urban planning and architecturally and solve the free-range planning aspects as well as the traffic development skillfully. A concept award procedure is foreseen for the allocation of the land. The procedure is carried out in three phases with a selection phase, a concept phase and a procurement phase. The tenderer reserves the right to limit the number of bidders invited to the concept phase to a maximum of 10 bidders. If more than 10 applications are received during the selection phase that meet the selection criteria in accordance with point A8 of the competition, the selection will be carried out by a selection committee.
