Description

Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DBR) for the purchase of drinking water pumps. Estimated quantity of pumps to be procured : 1200 pcs. The contracting authority intends to purchase a maximum of 50 pumps at a time during a tendering phase. The estimated quantity is based solely on the Kbt. In order to comply with Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority shall be obliged to draw down only the quantity determined as such at each tendering stage. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that it may simultaneously launch several bidding phases. The duration of DBR is 36 months.
