The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude, by means of an award with one (1) Contractor, a framework contract for the supply of Circular Furniture as described in the Invitation to Tender. The planned starting date of the framework agreement is 01-11-2024 and the framework agreement will run until 31-10-2033 at the latest. The fixed term is five (5) years, with an option to extend for a maximum of 2 times 24 months. The Framework Agreement shall terminate by operation of law after nine (9) years. The scope of the framework agreement includes the supply of products and services relating to circular furniture. The products and services include: •Losing office and education furniture; •Home workplaces; •Furniture for the design of meeting rooms, catering or other space functions within TU Delft; •Various small furniture such as accessories and workplace decoration; •Assembly and installation; •Installation advice and project management; •Refurbishment and repair of existing furniture (revitalisation); •Durable disposal of furniture; •Furniture management.
