Collection, transport and management services of waste fractions of code 19 12 12
1. The subject of the contract is the services of successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the Municipal Installation in Suwałki. 2. The amount of waste with code 19 12 12 that the Ordering Party will transfer for collection, transport and management during the term of the contract is approximately 9,000 Mg. The monthly amount will range from 500 Mg to a maximum of 1500 Mg, while the maximum daily amount will be about 100 Mg. The average weight of one load will be approx. 21.5 Mg when loading semi-trailers with a volume ≥90 m3. The above amount is estimated and is used by the Contractor in addition to preparing the offer and calculating costs, but does not constitute a basis for any claims in this respect. The Ordering Party is not obliged to complete the order in full. The collection of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. 3. Waste of code 19 12 12 is a regularly produced sorting material as a so-called supersit fraction >80 mm in the form of a calorific fraction of ballast with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg dry matter derived from the mechanical treatment of waste in a sorting plant – after treatment of mixed municipal waste and/or cleaning of separately collected waste. The collected batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party. 4. The waste covered by this contract should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions authorising the treatment of this waste in a recovery process, in a manner consistent with the applicable legal provisions in this area and using a minimum of one recovery process from R1 to R12, as specified in the non-exhaustive list of recovery operations annexed to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended). 5. The waste will be collected by means of transport organised by and at the expense of the Contractor, including transport costs, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading. 6. Waste with code 19 12 12 is stored in the form of bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm x 200 cm and weight approx. 1 Mg, as well as bulk on a paved square. The waste will be loaded onto the means of transport substituted by the Contractor in the form of bales or in bulk. The form of loading will depend on the current demand of the Ordering Party.
