The subject matter of the contract is: Exercising construction supervision in the execution of construction works on a project: ‘Renovation of playgrounds (areas for wide public use) in the municipality of Pomorie under intervention II.D.6 – Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructure in rural areas’ of the Strategic Plan for Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027, broken down into three lots. According to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the selected contractor should carry out construction supervision of the relevant parts when carrying out construction and installation works under three lots: Lot № 1: Selection of a contractor for exercising construction supervision in the implementation of construction and construction works of a project: ‘Renovation of a children’s playground (area for wide public use) in Regulated plot I in 195 under the Pomorie Plan, PI 57491.504.66 under the Pomorie KK, Pomorie Municipality’ Lot № 2: Selection of a contractor for exercising construction supervision in the implementation of construction and construction works of a project: ‘Renovation of a children’s playground (area for wide public use) in Regulated plot XV, 21 /land property with identifier 57491.601.67 on a cadastral map/ according to the plan of the quarter. Kamenar, Pomorie, Pomorie municipality’ Lot № 3: Selection of a contractor for exercising construction supervision in the implementation of construction and construction works of a project: ‘Renovation of a children’s playground (area for wide public use) in Regulated plot XII, Sq. 9 /land plot with cadastral map identifier 44425.501.529/ according to the plan of the village of Luka, Pomorie municipality’ Quality and compliant with the regulatory requirements implementation of the planned construction works. Implementation of construction and installation works in accordance with the investment project and legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.
