At Säterigatan in the Lundby district of Hisingen, the new zoning plan has gained legal force. The aim is to be able to build a densely connected building to better connect Norra Älvstranden with the rest of Lundby. Framtiden Byggutveckling AB has acquired Sannegården 90:3 (Quarter A-D) where all blocks comprise approximately 450 apartments.
