Description

Having regard to Article 9(2) and (3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, Salpitflor Green S.A. intends to purchase fuel (Euro 5 gasoline and unleaded gasoline) from its own funds, it operates under contracts delegating the management of public services: Contract No 19270/31.03.2023 delegating the management of the public and private domain of local interest for the construction, modernisation, maintenance, administration and operation of the agri-food markets of bazaars, fairs and ovens in the Municipality of Pitești;- Contract No 19273/31.03.2023 delegating the management of the public and private domain of local interest for the planning and maintenance of green areas and the sanitation and regularisation of water courses – springs, streams and rivers located in the Municipality of Pitești; Contract No 22210/29.12.2023 delegating the management of the public service for the administration of the public and private domain of local interest consisting in the administration of the cemeteries in the Municipality of Pitești. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 8th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 10.
