Description

Exploitation et maintenance des installations multitechniques des bâtiments de l'anses — laboratoires sites de Nancy. Le marché à passer est un accord cadre (contrat cadre individuel) qui s'exécute sous la forme d'un marché à bons de commande. Le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une première période d'exécution qui court à compter de la date de mise en œuvre effective du service jusqu'au 31.12 de l'année en cours; à l'issue de cette première période, au 1.1 de chaque année, le marché est reconduit tacitement 3 fois pour des périodes successives de 12 mois et pour une dernière période qui court du1.1 de la dernière année jusqu'à la date anniversaire de la mise en œuvre du service.
