1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy asortymentu na potrzeby Stacji Dializ wraz z użyczeniem cyklerów do ADO i podgrzewaczy do worków CADO dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załącznikach nr 2 i 2a do SWZ.
