Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service entitled: ‘Performing the function of design documentation verifier and supervision inspector in the implementation of the task entitled: Designing and carrying out the decommissioning of Toll Collection Facilities located in the Opolskie section of the A4 motorway together with the restoration of the road to the standards appropriate to its class.’ The supervision service will supervise the task carried out in the ‘design and build’ formula, the object of which is to design and carry out the decommissioning of Toll Collection Facilities on the Opolskie section of the A4 motorway and to restore the road to the standards appropriate to its class. The subject-matter of the contract includes, in particular, the following activities: - verification of the completeness, compliance and quality of the Design Documentation and STWiORB prepared by the Contractor of Works, - carrying out investor supervision in accordance with the Construction Law and the Contract for Works, - quality control, timeliness and compliance of Works with documentation, regulations, decisions, standards and principles of technical knowledge, - support of the Ordering Party in the acceptance, settlement, analysis of claims, changes, risks and warranty reviews, as part of the implementation of the Service, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with professional, independent and ongoing technical, formal, settlement and organizational support at the design and implementation stage of the Works. 2. CONTRACTING Contracting Authority acting jointly: 1. State Treasury - General Director of National Roads and Motorways ul. Wronia 53, 00-874 Warsaw 2. State Treasury - Minister of Finance and Economy ul. Świętokrzyska 12, 00-916 Warsaw - acting jointly pursuant to Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320 as amended. hereinafter referred to as: ‘PPL Act’. Proceedings: The proceedings in question are conducted by the Proxy of the Ordering Parties, i.e.: General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Opole Branch, ul. Niedziałkowskiego 6, 45-085 Opole The value of the order is within the range between: EUR 144 000 and EUR 10 000 000.
