Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply and distribution of medium pressure natural gas for cogeneration units and humidifiers in the Center for Non-Invasive Medicine, gas consumption point ID PL0032059275 80-214 Gdańsk, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17 on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law and implementing acts issued on its basis in the estimated amount specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
2.The forecasted consumption of natural gas, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, is indicative and may differ from the amount of gas actually taken during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of gas does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party (gas recipient), except for the need to pay for the actual amount of gas consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable Opera Tariff.
3.The minimum value of gas supplies is PLN 1,000,000.00.
