The purpose of the contract is to purchase medical equipment for the project ‘Extension, modernisation and endowment of UPU-SMURD at Zalău County Emergency Hospital’ LOT 1 – Adult UPU stretchers – 24 pieces LOT 2 – Portable ultrasound scanner with endovaginal probe – 1 piece The estimated value of the purchase is RON 1 653 380.48 excluding VAT, of which: LOT 1 – Adult UPU stretchers – 24 pcs: RON 1 067 000.00 excluding VAT; LOT 2 – Portable Endovaginal Probe Ultrasound – 1 pcs: RON 586 380.48 excluding VAT. The total duration of the contract will be a maximum of 3 months from the date of signature. The total duration of the contract will cover: delivery, commissioning and presentation of the modus operandi to the personnel who will use the equipment. For each lot, the Tenderer will deliver and assemble the products within a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of notification sent by the Contracting Authority. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 The Contracting Authority shall reply to requests for clarifications before the closing date for the submission of tenders on the 12th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
