Der Planer Rohrbau ist zuständig für die Planung und Realisierung der Rohrleitungen (Fernwärme / Fernkälte, Anergie) bis und mit Gebäudeinnenwand der Kundschaft in der Innenstadt von Zürich. Jedes Teilprojekt und damit jeder Abschnitt der Fernleitungen wird in SIA-Teilphasen gegliedert (SIA 32 bis 53).
