Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of separately collected municipal waste and unsorted municipal waste (mixed) from residential properties located in the city and commune of Książ Wielki and the organization, maintenance and operation of a stationary separate collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK), in the period from 2 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive, subject to the following sentence. In the event that it is not possible to conclude a public contract by 2 January 2026, in particular due to the prolonged public procurement procedure, the provision of municipal waste collection and management services will start on the first day on which it will be possible to conclude a public contract, in accordance with Art. 1 and lips. 2 PPL, taking into account Article 577 PPL. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the FTZ – ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. 3. The conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ – ‘Draft contractual provisions’.
