Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d'un contrat d'entretien et de maintenance des installations de chauffage individuel GAZ : -De chauffage individuel avec chaudière gaz, -D'eau Chaude Sanitaire individuelle avec chaudière gaz, chauffe bain gaz, chauffe-eau électrique/solaire, ... -De VMC gaz, -De Ventilation Naturelle, -De Ventilation Naturelle Assistée, -De Ventilation Mécanique Basse Pression, -De ventilation mécanique contrôlé individuel (pavillon), -De conduits de fumées. pour les ensembles immobiliers gérés par CDC HABITAT, CDC HABITAT SOCIAL et MEECAM en Ile de France (75/77/78/91/92/93/94/95), comprenant tout ou partie des prestations suivantes : -L'entretien, la maintenance préventive et corrective annuelle, -Les vérifications réglementaires, -La fourniture de toutes les pièces de rechange et consommables, -Le gros entretien avec garantie totale P3 Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins, ce marché comprend : -UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE relative aux prestations d'entretien et de maintenance courantes des équipements. -UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES avec Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif aux prestations complémentaires, non comprises au forfait. La consistance des prestations est décrite, et leurs spécifications techniques définies avec précision, dans le cahier des clauses techniques (CCT) et ses annexes, et dans le Bordereau de Prix Unitaire (BPU) pour les prestations complémentaires hors forfait.
