Extension of the Eichendorffschule in Esslingen am Neckar - Technical equipment - Electrical engineering
Award of services for technical equipment in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2, § 53(2) No. 4 high-voltage power plants and No. 5 telecommunications and information technology plants, performance phases 1 - 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021. (initially phased commissioning of performance phase 1-3). The Eichendorffschule, an elementary school, consists of two parts of the building. It was built in 1962 with a school-owned sports hall in Esslingen am Neckar on Zollberg. In the years 2002-2004, the primary school was refurbished. A pollutant study in 2022 showed that the building substance in the building stock is free of asbestos, KMF, PCBs and contaminated wood preservatives. The school consists of brick masonry, steel and steel concrete supports, reinforced concrete ribbed ceilings and masonry and reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, and a full thermal insulation composite system. The roof is a wooden structure with brick roofing and PV modules on the south roof. The school has a wood pellet boiler. The GS Eichendorffschule is structurally oriented on two trains and is to be converted into a full-time school from SJ 2028/29. A total of 235 SuS (students) were schooled in the last school year 2024/25. In addition, there is no cafeteria and no elevator at the GS Eichendorffschule. The aim of the extension is to create the structural prerequisites for permanently housing a 2-track GS with additional classes (VKL, junior class, possibly a vintage with 3 entrance classes). All measures serve to implement the legal right to full-time care. The gross floor area is estimated at around 1,100 m2. The gross volume to about 5,000 m3. The previous roughly estimated schedule foresees the following: Award of planning services until mid-2026, start of construction in early 2027, completion August 2028. Construction costs for cost group 300 are currently estimated at around EUR 0.95 million gross and for cost group 400 at around EUR 0.95 million gross. As part of the VgV process, an engineering office for ELT planning services will be selected for the extension of the Eichendorffschule in Esslingen am Neckar. The commissioning is subject to project approval by the City of Esslingen, represented by the Municipal Buildings of Esslingen, within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including performance phase 9 in accordance with HOAI if the project comes to fruition. The detailed performance picture can be found in the attached contract. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels. For the submission of the application for participation, the application for participation specified by the contracting authority must be used and completed.
