Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply, transport and installation of equipment for the interior of Hall 1 in the premises of the Psychiatric Hospital Jihlava. These are kitchen units, tables, storage furniture, sitting furniture, electrical appliances, sanitary equipment, etc. The delivery also includes medical beds. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 ‘Specifications of works, including an award-winning inventory of works, supplies and services’. The contracting authority points out that only the items specified in the contract specification are the subject of the procurement procedure. If the technical specification contains requirements or references to trade names, names or forenames and surnames, specific designations of goods and services that apply to a person or its organisational unit as characteristic, patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trade marks or designations of origin, or individual trade names, are listed only for the purpose of specifying and approximating the technical parameters and the contracting authority allows the use of another, qualitatively and technically equivalent solution. The contracting authority shall accept the use of an equivalent solution provided that the prescribed characteristics, quality and quality of the products with the same characteristics, characteristics and functions are respected.
