Description

Wageningen Research Foundation aims to build a new building with offices, labs and (freeze) storage spaces for plant and animal seeds on campus (location is the existing parking space between the Bornsesteeg, parking garage P1 and building Radix Klima). The building is being developed for the Netherlands Centre for Genetic Resources (CGN) and the Jan IngenHousz Institute (JII). Stichting Wageningen Research is the client and is represented by the management of the plant sciences group (PSG). Decision-making takes place through a steering committee in which the directors of the users are also represented. The purpose of this restricted European invitation to tender is to conclude two contracts, one for each lot, for the design work relating to the above-mentioned project and for the aesthetic supervision of the implementation phase. For both agreements, the contract will be issued per design phase. Assignment for a particular design phase does not entitle the consultant to a follow-up assignment for the next design phase.
