Description

The target of the procurement is web analytics for the visitor monitoring of Kela's online services. The web analytics software solution is procured as a SaaS service. The subject of the procurement consists of the following solutions: • Web analytics tool (Software solution and user training and instructions) • Tag management (software and user training and instructions) • Service delivery and deployment project • Support and maintenance service • Expert services ordered separately, including any additional work not included in the delivery project. Web analytics software service is procured as a turnkey service, including the necessary systems and licenses. The supplier provides a web analytics software service and a tag management tool, as well as ensures data security and data protection and tests their functionality.
