Description

The land underlying the operation is located in the Paris Rive Gauche ZAC. This is plot A5a, belted by the quay of Austerlitz, the streets Fulton, Flamand and stripes.
the parcel is listed under reference 13 Ag in the cadastre and has a surface area of 7 378 m². She is currently resident in the 50s. The renewal operation on this plot will be carried out in successive demolition phases of reconstruction. This competition comprises 3 lots:
— Lot A5a1: 87 dwellings, 2 shops and 30 car parks below
— Lot A5a2: approximately 113 dwellings, 2 shops and 65 car parks below
— Lot A5a3: approximately 110 dwellings, 2 shops, childcare facilities with 45 seats and 77 car parks below
The consultation for the submission of projects in each of the lots will take place over time in view of the progress of the programmes.
Details of lot A5a1:
the construction operation will allow the creation of the estimated net non-construction surface area of 6 788 m² for dwellings, i.e. 5 634 m² Shab, and 510 m² SHON of shops. 30 parking spaces in infrastructure will be created for this first tranche (in deficit compared with Plu).
