Description

Project management services for up to six properties of the Berlin Forests in Berlin and Brandenburg. For the two properties in the state of Berlin 1) Renovation Gaststätte Grunewaldturm, and 2) Teaching Cabinet at Teufelsee in Köpenick, demand programs have been available so far. The two properties Grunewaldturm and Lehrkabinett Teufelssee have structural deficits in different forms, which lead to considerable restrictions in the daily operation of the various work areas such as forestry, training of children, adolescents and adults and catering. In the context of restructuring, modernisation and new construction, the deficits are to be remedied. The other up to four properties are located at different locations in the state of Berlin as well as in the adjacent state of Brandenburg (about 50 km from the city limits). At two locations that have not yet been determined, farmsteads or workshop locations are to be expanded or newly reached. For this purpose, the inserted demand programs for the locations 'Book' and 'Lanke' serve as a model for the room program. In addition, two forest schools (Zehlendorf and Spandau) are to be renovated or modernized. The spatial program for the forest schools is based on the model program for modular timber construction at forest schools. Initially, project management services in service section 2 for the properties Grunewaldturm and Lehrkabinett Teufelssee in the state of Berlin are to be awarded, as well as optional services sections 3-9. The services of the other up to four locations are optional and are awarded in service sections. Additional optional services can be awarded for all locations. The services are commissioned separately for each location/property.
