Description

The subject of the public contract is the further development of the EMCS system on the basis of new European legislative and technical requirements, requirements of application users, requirements relating to the interconnection of applications with other applications of the CS ČR information system and other requirements. This contract is intended to enable changes and further development to be made between the signature of the contract and 31. 12. 2026. The subject-matter of the contract is further defined in Annex 1 to this call for tenders – Technical specifications for the ‘Development of EMCS’ contract and in Annex 2 – Binding model development contract (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Binding model contract’, ‘Framework agreement’ or ‘contract’).
