Description

De door opdrachtnemer te verstrekken woningaanpassing omvat de gebruiksklare levering en plaatsing van kleine woningaanpassingen in het kader van de uitvoering van de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning 2015 (hierna Wmo), zoals uitgesplitst in de Productenlijst “Kleine Woningaanpassingen Wmo” die als bijlage onderdeel uitmaakt van de aanbestedingsstukken.
Woningaanpassingen worden op grond van de Wmo aan inwoners met een beperking verstrekt met als doel dat mensen met een beperking zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Uitgangspunt is dat de woningaanpassing vanuit een klantgerichte aanpak de meest adequate, functionele en toekomstgerichte oplossing is voor het probleem van de cliënt.
