Description

Die Stadt Nürtingen beabsichtigt die Generalsanierung des Hölderlin-Gymnasiums in Nürtingen. Das Hauptgebäude wurde 1978 als Bildungszentrum Süd errichtet und 1981 um einen zweigeschossigen Anbau (Bauteil D) erweitert.
Im Jahr 2007 wurde der Gebäudekomplex um eine Mensa ergänzt. Im Laufe der Jahre wurden an den Gebäuden kleinere Sanierungsmaßnahmen vorgenommen und auf Teilbereichen der Dachfläche eine Photovoltaikanlage errichtet. Im Rahmen der Mensaerweiterung 2007 (Versammlungsstätte) wurde ein Aufzug im Bereich des Atriums des Hauptgebäudes ergänzt.
Die Baumaßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten durchgeführt.
