Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 5.000.000 zł z przeznaczeniem na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetu.
2. Warunki zaciągnięcia kredytu:
a) kwota kredytu: 5.000.000 zł ( słownie zł: pięć milionów 00/100),
b) okres kredytowania: od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31.12.2033 r.
c) kredyt zostanie uruchomiony, oddany do dyspozycji Zamawiającego w terminie zgodnym
z zadeklarowanym przez Wykonawcę w ofercie (nie później niż w ciągu trzech dni roboczych od dnia złożenia przez Zamawiającego pisemnej dyspozycji o uruchomieniu kredytu).
d) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo wykorzystania kredytu w transzach (wyłącznie do celów wyliczenia ceny przyjmuje się uruchomienie kredytu w jednej transzy
w dniu 1 grudnia 2023 r.).
e) maksymalny termin wykorzystania środków z kredytu ustala się do dnia: 31.12.2023 r.
f) Wykonawca udzieli karencji w spłacie kredytu do dnia 30.03.2024 r.
