Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The Irish Prison Services is now seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services. The Irish Prison Service (IPS) operates fourteen prisons and places of detention located in counties Dublin, Laois, Cork, Limerick, Wicklow, Cavan and Roscommon. Buildings and premises which form the prison estate were constructed in some cases in the 1800s and others are of more recent vintage (the Prison Estate). The IPS Strategy Statement provides for the ongoing development and modernisation of the prison estate with the overall primary objective being at a minimum, the elimination of all prisoner accommodation which does not contain integral sanitation facilities i.e. toilet, wash hand basin and ventilation. This will be achieved by the provision of new custom designed prison accommodation or the upgrading of existing facilities and/or a combination of both. The architectural services consultant will be the design team lead and will act as the single point of contractual responsibility, with the remaining key disciplines providing collateral warranties for the benefit of the Contracting Authority. Please refer to the documents for more details. Submissions must be made via zip file.
