Description

The contracting authority shall pursue the purchase of medicinal products by applying an open tender procedure following which a 24-month framework agreement will be concluded with the occupants of the first three places declared winners. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are submitted within the specified deadline. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days.
