The subject-matter of the contract is hotel services for the organisation of meetings, conferences, training and
seminars for the National Centre for Research and Development, including in the framework of ongoing programmes.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. The contracting authority requires that
one person assigned to the service was employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor
on the basis of an employment contract, as long as the person will provide the service
rules for monitoring and penalties for non-compliance with the above mentioned obligation
are included in the model contract.
