Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych, powstających na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych, z terenu Gmin Związku Międzygminnego EKO SIÓDEMKA, w tym odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy bioodpadów przekazywanych do składowania. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zwany dalej „OPZ” stanowi załącznik A.
