Description

The framework agreement covers the collective restaurant and food distribution services and consists of the following activities, which are set out in an explanatory and non-exhaustive way of the service requested:
1. Purchase, storage and management of the foodstuffs and products necessary for the preparation of the meals referred to in the following articles.
2. Processing, preparation, cooking and packaging in a fresh link – warm of the required meals of which:
o One part to be packaged for removal and consumption at another place of administration
o One part to be packaged for removal and consumption at another place of administration where only the first dish at the equipped terminal is then cooked.
o A part to be packaged for administration and consumption at the place of production.
3. Support services such as:
o Supply of single-use material for meal distribution/consumption.
o Transport by means of the contractor of meals in take-away.
o Ancillary activities such as:
Distribution of meals.
Meal portioning/stripping.
Equipment/spacing.
Local layout and cleaning/waste disposal.
Dishwashing of dishes and cutlery.
