Description

1.The object of the contract is the modernisation of the Akwawit swimming facility in Leszno in the form of design and construction. For the implementation of the project entitled: ‘Modernisation of the ‘Akwawit’ swimming facility – Extension of sport offer for residents – the City of Leszno received funding from the Polish Deal Government Fund Programme: Strategic Investment Programme.
2.The subject-matter of the contract consists of a comprehensive refurbishment with the extension of the building covered by the Akwawit swimming pool together with a change in land use, including: reconstruction of the communication infrastructure (pedestrian lines, carriageways, car parks), reconstruction of technical infrastructure (necessary networks, connections, installations), installation of street furniture, recirculation (cutting and planting) of low and high green vegetation. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the FUTP, which is Annex 13 to the ToR and in the Specifications and the other annexes thereto.
