Description

Der AG beabsichtigt auf dem Baugrundstück, gelegen in der Froschenseestraße 2-4 in Füssen, drei Mehrfamilienhäuser in vorzugsweise in Holzbauweise (z.B. Holzhybrid-Bau/Holz-Modulbau/etc.) mit Tiefgarage neu zu errichten. Ausreichende Stellplätze, Abstellräume für die Mieterinnen und Mieter, Flächen für die Gebäudetechnik sowie Fahrrad- und Kinderwagenabstellplätze gehören mit zur Planung. Sämtliche Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind mit Vorrichtungen für Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge auszustatten, Parksysteme sollen nicht zum Einsatz kommen.
