Description

La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à deux accords-cadres mono-attributaires à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum (2 000 000 euro(s) HT par période) en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du CCP.
