Description

1. The subject of the contract is the repair service of low-loader transport semi-trailers (order divided into 2 parts). 2. The contract in question is divided into two (two) lots as follows: (1) Part 1: Repair of transport semitrailer GOLDHOFER STZ-H6-60/80F2M registration no. UI00125, VIN No WGOSTZH6B20023713, year of manufacture 2002; 2) Part 2: Repair of transport semi-trailer NS-600W ZREMB registration no. UJ00685, VIN SWANS600040000026, year of manufacture 2004; 3. The Contractor undertakes to a high standard of work performed with his own tools, from his own power sources and by mechanics with high qualifications and training. 4. The Contractor grants a minimum of 12 months warranty for the work performed and the materials installed. The warranty period is counted from the date of receipt. Any complaints about the service provided should be carried out at the Military Unit or at the Contractor. The costs related to the delivery of equipment to the Contractor as part of the complaint shall be covered by the Contractor at the prices specified in the specification and the contract for the repair of equipment. All materials used by the Contractor should: 1) comply with applicable standards and regulations, 2) have appropriate certificates and guarantees. 8. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: ‘OPZ’) is included in Annex 5A to the SWZ (applicable to Part 1) and Annex 5B to the SWZ (applicable to Part 2). 9. The draft provisions of the contract are also an integral part of the description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 4A to the SWZ – concerns Lot 1, Annex 4B to the SWZ – concerns Lot 2). 10. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities falling within the scope of the service covered by the subject of the contract. The detailed scope of activities is included in the OPZ (Annex 5A / Annex 5B) and in §1 sec. 6 draft contractual provisions (Annex 4A to the SWZ / Annex 4B to the SWZ) 11.
