The type of consultancy services purchased under the framework agreement depends on the specific task.
Contracts for specific tasks or projects under the framework agreement shall be awarded directly following the cascade model or mini-invitations to tender. The tender documents will indicate when the developer will apply direct award after the cascade model and when the developer will be required to award mini-tenders. For mini-tenders, the award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender. The specific sub-criteria for mini-tenders will be set out in the tender documentation.
The framework agreement is not exclusive.
