La présente consultation a pour objet l'exploitation des installations thermiques incluant le chauffage, l'eau chaude, la ventilation et la climatisation des bâtiments de la ville de Vertou. Elle comporte une clause d’insertion professionnelle de publics éloignés de l’emploi. L’exploitation des installations comprend notamment : - Les installations de traitement d’eau des bassins - La production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire avec : 1. L’eau froide alimentant le remplissage du réseau de chauffage 2. Filtres 3. Les compteurs de chaleur 4. La distribution et l’émission de chauffage 5. Réalisation des analyses légionnelles 6. Réalisation des contrôles disconnecteurs 7. Réalisation des contrôles d’étanchéité gaz 8. Armoires de commandes 9. Détection Gaz 10. Réalisation des attestations 4 à 400kW avec le contrôle périodique d’efficacité énergétique et émissions polluantes. 11. La ventilation 12. La climatisation 13. Le traitement d’eau 14. La télégestion 15. La distribution
