Description

The subject-matter of the contracts is the supply and installation of computer equipment and software for the implementation of the project ‘Extension of the catalogue of electronic services provided at the Masszowski Health Centre’.
The subject-matter of the contract covers:
Delivery and installation of MS computers – 48, in accordance with the requirements described in the Annex. 1 to the GIP;
Grant of a licence to operate MS computer operating systems – 152 items, in accordance with the requirements described in the Annex. 2 to the GIP.
In the context of the provision of services for the configuration and installation of the software supplied, the Contracting Authority requires:
The drafting of the Contract Implementation Plan;
The execution of ordinary documentation;
After completion of the contract, the Contractor will be required to provide guarantee and updating services for a period of not less than 12 months (in accordance with the Contractor’s tender) from the date of signature of the final acceptance report.
Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, and Annexes 1 and 2 to the GIP specify detailed (minimum) requirements.
