Description

1. The contract concerns:
Non-cash purchase of diesel and unleaded petrol with an octane number of not less than 95, unleaded petrol with an octane number of not less than 98 for vehicles, machinery and equipment for SINEVIA Sp z o. o. in the network of service stations in Poland.
2. The subject-matter of the contract covers successive purchases of the following propellant materials:
— unleaded petrol Pb 95 according to Polish standard PN-EN 228,
— unleaded petrol Pb 98 according to Polish Standard PN-EN 228,
— gas oil according to Polish standard PN-EN 590.
3. Refuelling will take place within the territory of the Republic of Poland at the Contractor’s network of service stations in all days of the week.
